HOW TO ORDER

PLEASE NOTE: Commissions are strictly PERSONAL USE only. Should you be interested in using your design for merch or profit of any kind, you will be required to pay additional fees.

THE COMMISSION PROCESS

1. Once decided, Submit a commission request form by clicking BELOW2. I will contact you as soon as possible via your preferred contact method. We will then discuss the details of the commission, price and confirm the order.3. I will send you an invoice with the confirmed price of the commission. Payment is required prior to me starting your commission.4. You will be added to my commission queue, You can view this queue at anytime.5. A sketch will be sent for any changes or revisions to be made. I will NOT work past the sketch without approval from you. Large changes after the sketch stage are subject to fees.6. The final full resolution artwork will be sent to you once completed via the email that you have provided.7. The commission is considered complete once the files have been emailed. Modifications can no longer be made at this point.

By commissioning me, you hereby accept to the terms stated below.
Terms of Service are subject to change without notice

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • I will only accept payments through Paypal in USD via Paypal Invoice.

  • Do Not send the payment before I have accepted your commission. I will send an invoice via Paypal.

  • Once your commission is approved I will send an invoice to your provided email/paypal!

  • I will not start on a commission until the payment is made in full.

  • If payment is NOT received a few days after the commission is approved, I will bypass your commission for the time being and move onto others.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • I have the right to fully cancel and refund the money for your commission at any given time.

  • If you decide to cancel your commission BEFORE I have started you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your commission and I have progress made- Your refund will be decided based on how much progress has been made.

  • If we have agreed on a refund DO NOT file a charge back. I will deal with it personally. If you do file a charge back I will dispute it, and you will be banned from future commissions.

DELIVERY

  • Commissions are usually completed within 3-4 weeks time [Starting from the time I begin your commission]. This will depend on place in queue and the size of order(s).

  • If you are unresponsive I will skip your commission for the mean time to complete my queue.

  • All commissions are digital, You will receive a file containing your commission via your provided email.

  • There is no physical product received for this work. No shipping address is required.

ADJUSTMENTS & CHANGES

  • I will accept any revisions within reason to the initial sketch. Each sketch that is completely redrawn will add $5

  • Once the sketch is finalized you may only make small adjustments to the final product.

  • Any changes that require more that slight tweaks will come with additional fees

  • Each emote comes with unlimited color adjustments whenever needed. (ex. Hair, Eye and Shirt color changes)

  • If you decide you would like BIG changes to the final emote a new emote must be purchased.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE TERMS

  • I, (Chromacy) The artist, own full rights to the artwork commissioned.

  • ALL COMMISSIONED PIECES ARE FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS ARE AVALIBLE FOR AN EXTRA FEE.

  • Please let me know beforehand if you intend to use your commission for commercial purposes. Emote sizing is typically not large enough for merchandise. You will need to commission a larger size for this.

  • Commercial fees are generally 50% of the total but this may vary due to the project and any possible deadlines.

  • I do not take any responsibility for any artwork rejected by Twitch, or by any other outside service/organization.

  • Although not required, Giving credit when displaying your commission publicly is appreciated!

  • I do not allow my art to be used or uploaded for AI art under any circumstances

AS A COMMISSIONER YOU ARE ALLOWED TO:
– Use your commissioned work for Twitch and Discord emotes. Icons, Wallpapers and graphics for your social media.
– Print your commission for your own physical copy/sticker as long as you are not producing it for profit. You may print stickers to use in giveaways for FREE.
– You may get your emotes animated by another artist. Please contact me beforehand as a courtesy.YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:
– Use any commissioned artwork for commercial use or profitable merchandise (ex. t-shirts, mugs, posters, stickers etc.) Should the client be found breaking the copyright/usage agreement every right to the commissioned image will be retracted with no refund.
– You may not Copy, trace, resell or redistribute my artwork without permission.
